Working with D’Lontae has been such a blessing in my life. After moving 30 minutes away and having a medical procedure that required 6 weeks of no activity, I really stopped working out, had trouble with motivation, clean eating and of course suffered weight gain that I wasn’t able to combat on my own. I struggled with a previous trainer because their style was very rigid, monotonous and honestly not fun. Not only is that not the case with D’Lontae but he’s extremely knowledgeable and strategic with our workouts. However, my appreciation for him goes beyond just our 2 times together weekly. He checks in on me daily, which is something I really appreciate and need. The thing I am absolutely the most grateful for though is his guidance in helping me go vegan. I’ve been vegetarian the past 6.5 years and I’ve really wanted to go vegan but I’ve just dragged my feet. D’Lontae took the time to study my diet and helped educate me that cheese is most likely the culprit to my lack of weight loss. So with his guidance, he gave me a meal plan that’s 100% vegan and sure enough the weight is just coming off. This is meaningful to me beyond just working out and fitness, this is something I wanted to do to align with my beliefs and he helped me achieve that which I’m so grateful for. I feel really lucky to be working with D’Lontae and finally having a trainer that I trust, can rely on and who is just as invested in my goals as I am. Thank you D’Lontae

My weight loss journey started in the Fall of 2020 in the midst of the COVID pandemic. Staying at home, working from home,and eating at home was not the best thing for my health. I wanted to do something about it, so I retired from work and started working on my wellbeing. To get me moving and mentally challenged, I picked up flying again with the help of my brother. I also needed to work on my physical strength and signed up for D’Lontae’s personal training. In fact, I appreciated the training so much I signed up for 20 more sessions! I also joined the 13-week challenge that kept me motivated to reach my goal of a weight loss of plus thirty pounds! Now, I feel more active and healthier.

During my last year of college, I realized that my weight had gotten out of control and that I need to make a change quickly. I met D'lontae in 2018 after months of seeing him around the gym. To me, he was the mythical figure who discovered the secret to fitness and I was just this dude. When I decided to start working with him, it was after he reached out to me - breaking the barrier many of us put up when it comes to our belief in ourselves.
